General conditions

Booking: You can book on our homepage, via e-mail or phone.

Deposit: Your booking will be considered valid only after we have received a deposit (30% of the total amount of Your journey) via credit card, bank transfer or postal order, but it must arrive at least 5 days after our confirmation
(a fax of the bank draft or postal order ensures your booking).

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be sent by letter or e-mail.

In the event of a cancellation:
We will keep 10% of the total amount of Your journey when cancelling before 30 days before arrival date plus 20,00 € as reservation fee for sending back the rest of the deposit You sent;
You will lose 25% of the total amount of Your journey when cancelling between 15 and 29 days before arrival date plus  20,00 € as reservation fee for sending back the rest of the deposit You sent;
You will lose the entire amount -100% - if you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date.

Should you arrive after the declared arrival date, or anticipate your departure date, you will be obliged nonetheless to pay for the entire period.

In the event of last minute problems concerning arrival we kindly ask you to phone and let us know.
In any case the maximum arrival time is 8.00 p.m. on the arrival date; after this time the Management is free to assign the accommodation to someone else without any notice.

At the moment of Your booking, You accept the conditions of the refund of the deposit paid as indicated in the general conditions.

For the accomodations:

In addition to the indications above: Booking - deposit - cancellation 

Assignment: due to COVID-19 accommodation is available from 6 p.m. onwards, and must be cleared by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Journey: Bungalows and Flatlets can only be rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Should you arrive after the declared arrival date, or anticipate Your departure date, you will be obliged nonetheless to pay for the entire period.

Deposit: a caution deposit is requested on your arrival and will be returned to you on your departure after the lodgings have been checked for any damage.

Bed linen: clean bed linen and towels will be given weekly on Sunday.

Payment: The bill must be settled on arrival or during the week according to the indications in "Important information".

The Management is free to assign any lodgings they choose.
